About Me:
Thank you and Welcome! Columbia, South Carolina is the home of the University of South Carolina Fighting Gamecocks at Williams-Brice Stadium. The USC Main Campus has a large, extended campus that has over 32,000 students, both on and off campus, attending classes annually with 4 other locations in the state. The University Horseshoe is the original part of the 210 year old campus, which has a museum as well. As a USC graduate and native to Columbia, I am very familiar with the area. Presently I reside in the Northeast area of town in The Summit, and have also resided in the St. Andrews and Forest Acres areas.
Columbia has the Riverbanks Zoo and Garden for visitors, both young and old, with a variety of activities and interests for all attendees. They are presently expanding the zoo and have recently added a new Zip Line that ends with visitors zipping over the Saluda River.
Fort Jackson is also nearby for individuals and families serving our country. Many families live within a short drive to the Fort and enjoy the attractions Columbia has to offer.
For visitors to Columbia and surrounding areas, we have the South Carolina State House, The Governor's House, The South Carolina Military Museum, and Edventure within a few blocks of each other. In the nearby town of Camden, SC, we have the Camden Military Academy and both the Carolina and Colonial Cup Horse Races in the Spring and Fall.
Also nearby is Cobblestone Park, home to the USC Golf team. This beautiful, master planned community has recently completed a 40,000 SF Clubhouse and restaurant. There are 3, 9-hole courses to choose from on their premier course that would challenge even Rory McIlroy. This is a beautiful area within a 20 minute drive to downtown Columbia, Camden, and the surrounding areas. Charlotte is only an hour and 20 minutes away in case you need to catch a quick flight to the Caribbean.
Experienced Agent!
As an agent, and Columbia native, who's an expert in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. With over 25 years of sales experience, I am eager to serve you. Here are some of the things I can do for you:
Find Your Next Home:
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home
Sell a Home:
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics:
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
Senior Living Assistance:
My personal experience aiding seniors in navigating the complex process of selling their homes provides valuable insights. Having witnessed life-altering changes in my own family, I offer a unique perspective on the challenges associated with transitioning to the next phase of life. Let me assist you in navigating this journey and connect you with resources for this significant turning point.
